Shipping policy
Orders can be made via our website only and can be retrieved via in-store pick up or delivery only. We start processing your online orders quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed as the ingredients have been procured. We do not accept any cancellations of orders.
DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered to you based on your chosen delivery date to your specific address except on Tuesdays and Wednesday as we are closed.
The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost of our standard delivery fee is S$12. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.
IN-STORE PICK UP
You may pick up your orders based on your chosen delivery date at our central kitchen at 56 Joo Chiat Place. You may pick up at the front of house of Cata Coffee where we are enclaved in, or knock on our yellow door in the back alley. Pick up time is only from 11:00 to 16:00.
Orders that are not picked up by 16:00 will be forfeited. Please let us know in advance if you are unable to pick your orders so that we may make arrangements for you.
*We may review and update the necessary our delivery and pick up policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
